I agreee there are ambiguous that we need to know such:

1) solvency or insolvency
2) did FDIC contact JPM weeks before the seizure?
3) How manay buyers intended to buy WMI including TD bank?
4) Did JPM preach the confidential agreement with WMI?
5) What is the outcome of investigation of Project West?
6) The Fact of Project Filmore?

if there is no conspiracy between corporation and Government, I dont think there is any reason that the court could not unseal and public those above documentations.
