The people involved in these deals dont harm the company. they provide the company with fast money it needs that they cant generate selling on the open market. The company gets its money and the company is worth whatever they can prove it is. The share holders are the only ones that get harmed if they bought higher than the company can prove its worth. To get people their money back if they bought at a penny the company would have to prove its worth twice as much as they never proved before. The theory is solid and is what I am almost sure is going on. I dont need a new theory. This is a pink and smells like a pink.
