Sad but very true.. .happens even in the small caps.....toxic financing ...kills the long term shareholders .. certainly doesn't reward them

I've got a theory too...Kendra Todd won the Apprentice Season 3 and went on to work for Donald Trump. Kendra Todd is spokesperson for Guard Dog ID. Donald Trump has been known to have an interest in the ID Theft market as he has has some involvement in the past with Lifelock. I heard rumor that hasnt played out so well. Could be Donald Trump getting in to Guard Dog...just a theory ; )

Hold on I'm chuckling on my chair for responding that name, kudos for the name pick :-), just like you've said it is a pinkie and most reliable thing we have is the chart, and looks like its a good candidate for a bounce no?

the share structure is sill good given the shares the comp. put back in, I have seen other bloated stocks in the pinks run huge with a bigger structure then us. I just gave an example a few days ago too. There will be news this week , from W, lets see what comes. And by the way .. something does smell and its not pink...its the name !
