Here is why this is nonsense. The players currently in Guard Dog have far and wide reaching ability to find institutional investors, and wouldn't need to use characters that would harm the company. You need a better theory....
What you say makes total sense, and I believe has been done before many many times with other pinks, but but but, is there proof of such a thing happening here, can you prove it in some way?
