becuz they are not in the business to sell motors ... and the lights has been selling.answer me this question homeboy? how can a company formed a jv without any product or service,companies has alot to loose or gain these fday with whoever they form a jv with...so my point is the 3 company with joint with ihgp wouldnt have done so if it wasnt gonna profit them .
