I think this assumes the current timetable holds. I would not be surprised if the Examiner's report will cause this timetable to slip. Or the Judge will allow the vote to happen, and then she throws it all out (in the ditch) and appoints the U.S. trustee, we put together POR v7 and another DS, with Susman at the helm. So we could see some rough seas ahead but we will get through them.

How could he?

The debtor's attorneys will always try to sell their point of view to anyone who asks just to justify their billings.

The Examiner's Report will make a difference because of the obvious fact that the debtors and their attorneys have clearly omitted key facts and figures in the settlement calculations.

The judge must distribute the assets fairly or there will be more he ll to pay by all involved.

So, he may know that he is not telling the whole story and probably does know that he is not telling the whole story.

That much he knows.

I struggle to understand how he got a voting package on Saturday when the ruling wasn't made until the following Monday. I am probably missing something.
