I have to agree with you on the strategy, but implementing it with the volume at a trickle is the difficult part.

This stock would most definitely benefit from more trading, but those that choose to buy and hold aren't killing the volume.

The lack of volume has more to do with a lack of new buying interest.

Many of the buy and hold folks are the ones hitting the ask at EOD, and supporting the bid when it needs supporting.
