You know JB you made a solid point here, we know the last time they filed for an increase in the AS they were probably past the current AS at that point looking at volume. I am wondering that huge volume spike we saw on Thursday was in fact some of these “NEW” shares being dumped into the float. Looking at the weekly charts it nearly corresponds with previous filings. Pretty well documented, a large push volume of shares right before the last amendment came out, and now we have another large blast of volume right before this amendment.

The charts don’t lie here, do a weekly 6 month chart and look at the dates. Just coincidence? I think not.

Hope everything turns out for you and your place out there Mr. Bubba. I'll bet 5 or so years ago, you didn't envision what you must be into or what might be being created in your life out there now. Good luck with your continued diligence and wish your success in ones endeavors. Very few would even attempt what it takes to live and grow out in the middle of the desert as well as manage something like the Amargosa Opera House.

You are so correct I thought I would only have a Historical Landmark and town to run.. Thank You for the Kudos
It is so much more now..

There are too many companies with producing PBR's or other means that are proving to have income, sales, a customer base, and commercially viable producing equipment.

During my Due diligence I find no other PBR like Behl in the USA
Many companys are working towards BioDiesel and taking grant money to find a way to produce and harvest. Behl did not take that route. There are a few ways to harvest and produce but like any new venture takes time to do what you want your way.

Production turned into sales and profit is the only thing here that can enlist any big money to take BEHL/BNPD serious at this point. There will be no "construction" profits without that fact.

I agree with you and have communicated this in those exact words to the powers that be and they agree and understand so the push is on to get that done asap..

to take BEHL/BNPD serious at this point.

I offer a suggestion that you look at BNPD deeper and see what they bring to the table and why it is a perfect match up with Behl.

The Machiavellian thing to do would have been to have no photos or biocams. Keep the investors guessing. I don't think DF cares about showing clown college. In the end, he keeps our money anyway.
