During my Due diligence I find no other PBR like Behl in the USA
Many companys are working towards BioDiesel and taking grant money to find a way to produce and harvest. Behl did not take that route. There are a few ways to harvest and produce but like any new venture takes time to do what you want your way.

Having something different is the essence of the whole industry and algae business. Every company touts they have something different and like "no other". Thats not just in the USA, but the world, which whether one likes it or not, has to be acknowledged. There are already PBRs and algae product (not just bio-fuel) being sold in the USA from both other countries as well as this one. In fact BEHL management has touted many a PR to the effect of some sort of "sale" to several other countries to no success or anything turning out or proven. But it does go both ways, in and out of the US.

Now the money has found its way to other PBRs and other methods or companies other than BEHL and is continuing to fund other algae endeavors that seem to have proven success and commercial viability. BEHL has not proven that commercial viability. Yes, every company has to do it their way and it does take time. But that time is running out for BEHL and they are behind.

You are correct when there is a lot of government grant money going to bio-fuels, but there is a lot of private money also going into the support of the industry. And much of the bio-fuel direction is not excluding feed, medicine, or other food direction either. They are including it and the same money that is funding (private and government) the bio-fuel direction is also funding all the other as well and will end up being competition that BEHL/BNPD will have a hard time catching up to.

Also that government money is going to be spent, whether DF takes it or not and will be used against him.

I offer a suggestion that you look at BNPD deeper and see what they bring to the table and why it is a perfect match up with Behl.

Well they really haven't offered anything but the same management team or family for the most part and the same shareholders money to fund things. It gives an "appearance" or "vision" of some sponge company making up a business to appear like there are sales. A "perfect match up" for who? Shareholders or the same management with the same procedures and history of previous years? More lack of transparency? A "deeper look" into reverse dividends in the OTC world reveals statistically not a pretty picture. Any "offer" that is showing at this point would only lead me to believe that a better offer as far as pps in either company will be given later.

That "later" could be soon (only with certain changes that have to happen) or could be down the road a bit (which seems more likely). When the change happens, I'll put my money down.

I am sorry to hear that you only get your rent upon success of BEHL/BNPD (if I understood that right). I would've hoped with all these shares selling you could of been paid on a regular basis regardless. But I'm not there and can't judge what ever deal you have worked out other than looking at what expense or debt BEHL/BNPD might have. But even though I enjoy your input and welcome it, I think everyone could enjoy it more if the money wasn't so dependent on the companies actions, the decision making processes, and the lack of clarity they have shown.

But maybe they will ungag the share structures, audit books, actually do what they PR for the most part (instead of failing 95% of time to what they say), create a better way to enlist trust and belief to their product and what they are trying to do instead of having too many view as deceptive practices. Those things will have to be done in order to create anything positive.

Bubba trust me there is NOTHING new or different IMO (except for the crazy stories and promises that never materialize). If you want to see a PBR that, for all intents and purposes, is identical to the BEHL thing (low-cost plastic tubes immersed in water-filled basins to control conditions and with a computer-managed control system) try this link for size (yes it is in the USA:

http://www.solixbiofuels.com/content/technology

The system has been up and running for a couple of years, they have been supported by Valero and other industry partners. They harvets the alga eand they extract the oil. Hell - there is even a button where you can request oil samples. Do you honestly think that DF will ever get to that point?
