I don't think I will sleep for the next few nights. I will be too excited with my wishful thinking that Obama could stop by at the lab. Any suggestions to help me calm down and deal with my wishful thinking?
Why wouldn't he sign it? I'm not dismissing the possiblity; It's been sitting on his desk since 4 October awaiting a sig and needs to be signed within 10 business days of the house and senate voting- that was 30 September.
