Obama will be in Vegas a week from Friday, October 22. I wouldn't call this crazy. It could happen but would be top secret until that day. And yes, the Bill will be law by then so a grant would make perfect sense to help Harry Reid. Sure is strange considering Matt's announcement of lots of visitors the next couple weeks.
Come to town, stump for Reid in the upcoming election, sign the bill at CBAI. Congratulate Reid on creating a positive climate for emerging technology, segue into a speech on stem cells and creating jobs by subsidizing biotech in the USA.
If that dream were to occur, I would certainly be capable of being knocked over with a feather! ;-)
