if EIGH changes the div amount from 0.005 to 0.10 then they have to pay a fine to change the declared/approved dividend. so they might have decided to give another dividend for 0.10 on top of 0.005. let's wait and see.
I just spoke to my broker also ( Etrade ) and they couldn't tell me on the phone but she is going to call down to the trading room and find out about the buy-in notice, and send me an alert on my account as to what they have or have not received. I will post Etrades response as soon as I have heard from them.
