Now that's a new twist on things DHana - A dividend on top of a dividend !!!

"if EIGH changes the div amount from 0.005 to 0.10 then they have to pay a fine to change the declared/approved dividend. so they might have decided to give another dividend for 0.10 on top of 0.005. let's wait and see."

Good thought, DHANA...

the official dividend submitted to FINRA is 0.005 per share. I think it may have been deliberately set low to cover EIGH's butt, in case they would run into snags paying a larger 0.10 special divvy. They will have no problem paying the lower amount and, after any stumbling blocks are removed, they can declare and submit the 0.10 divvy at a later time.

someone posted the regulation on amending the file. only costs like 5k as a "fine"
