like superfly stated, if you read the docs, you can see that they are immediately going to have to issue 180 mil shares. what makes this company worth $180 mil? $100mil? $50mil? $20mil? it seems like they are maybe worth $10 mil which under a ss of 180 mil would be .04-.05 and that is only IF they keep it at 180mil, which i anticipate they will need to much more than that. read the por for yourselves and read the details behind the r/m. they are important to comprehend the impact of the deal on the commons. imho
