It is an option not definitely: 2Billion share. Not every company max out their A/S. You complaint about high share then complaint if the company do an R/S which make the O/S smaller. If they max out their A/S and do R/S = about the same share QSGI has right now. PPS will still be $2.75 :D

It is just an option. If you don't like what you read, move along.
