Ok let me get this straight....you have been saying that "there is no chance that the commons are going to stay intact!" and now that we know that you were wrong about all of this you are saying that "they only saved the commons so that the pps will go down to .04 range" is that correct? there is no pressing need to "save the commons" for insiders sake. lmao that is such a myth and misunderstood aspect of bk by investors. bottom line is that no judge is gonna gift the commons when there are creditors still in the lurch here. won't happen imho.

they are cooked newbies in this position...i don't think they will ever get their money back here, because i believe the shares here will be cancelled. just a matter of time now. all imho only reason that pps is holding is because folks are in such a deep loss, they are riding it out. but, when they realize that their investment will be worth zero unless they sell, the losses will mount even more as the price plummets. all imho

if they were truly paying off unsecured creditors, this company would not need the bk court for protection. they would dismiss the case, merge with kruse and pay the creditors. why do any of you think that any company in their right mind is gonna pay milions upon millions of dollars for a shell + take on their millions in debt. the company has no operating arm. you are all dreaming. very sad.

bk will continue because they are going to reorganize, with unsecured and krusecom getting considerable equity in the company and the commons getting left out.
