#99141 RE: The Pope aka KatWoman #99136

I guess you left out Kurt Hoffman on purpose Pope. Seems to me he took a leave of absence on purpose. But why did you ? I would think this guy has a purpose as well, unless I am mistaken.

Mr. Hoffman has held various positions of Director on a number of mining and Exploration companies. He has extensive experience in property acquisitions, exploration and development of mining properties in the U.S., Canada and South Africa.

Mr. Kurt J. Hoffman is Head of Corporate Development, Director of KAT Exploration Inc. A Mining Entrepreneur involved in the start-up and financing of early stage mining and resource exploration companies. He has extensive experience in property acquisitions, exploration and development of mining properties in the U.S., Canada and South Africa. Mr. Hoffman is President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Sundance Diamonds Corporation, a privately held company engaged in the exploration for diamonds in the U.S. and South Africa. Mr. Hoffman has made extensive efforts to identify near term production opportunities in South Africa and has identified and commenced efforts to close transactions and produce diamonds in 2009. In 2003, Mr. Hoffman co-founded High Plains Uranium, a publicly traded advanced exploration uranium mining company, and served as Vice President and a Director prior to the acquisition by Energy Metals Corporation (TSX: EMC) From 1998 through 2004 Mr. Hoffman served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Trend Mining Company. The company was transformed from a small silver exploration company into a platinum group metals exploration company that came to own several exploration projects in the U.S. and Canada. From 1998-2001 he served as a Director of New Jersey Mining Company, a gold exploration company with properties joint ventured with Newmont Mining Co. one of the worlds largest gold producer. Stead claiming Handcamp in Kats name in dec 2003 before kat existed begins to make sense.

I suggest to holders of Katx to look into William Jacobson and atlas.
I have emailed Stead asking was Jacobson at any stage a board member of Katx and how many shares does he control.
Again no reply.

Steads connections
William (Bill jacobson)
He has been listed as a board member

Suddenly he is not a board member I wonder why ?????????
Investigated for fraud by sec

The SEC's complaint, filed in federal district court in Idaho, alleges that, from 2002 to 2005, Jacobson caused Osburn, Idaho-based Atlas Mining to sell millions of shares of stock to the public while evading the disclosure and registration requirements of the federal securities laws. Among other things, the SEC alleges that Jacobson issued stock to family members and companies he controlled, who then resold the stock to the public and funneled the money back to the company.

Gair was at cornerstone with stead.

And Mr Zwicker is well worth investigating.

Finally there is a report circulating from Hilbroy
These guys have a colorful past also.
