I also have quietly inquired as to Bill Jacobson's involvement. I will say that through my research I can only find him listed with reference to KATX one time (in the article you posted) about a year ago. It has him listed as being involved "externally". Whatever that means. My investment lies with the properties, and this obviously doesn't change what our properties may hold. I just don't like the fact that KATX might have had some dealings with a shady character. Hopefully we'll get some answers to the extent of Bill Jacobson's involvement with KATX. Hopefully he just sold them some toilet paper, and does NOT have an interest in KATX.

Atlas Mining had an option on a Kat property at one tine for a short time.
Atlas CEO was dirty, option expired long ago, Kat was in no way implicated with
Atlas CEO's attempt to break the law. The truth comes out again - Ken Stead is
an honest man period. He is the most honest, straight shooting CEO I have ever
invested in.

The caution with Kat penny flipping traders, like roaches small but in a group a
real pain.

My opinion: Buy if you can!

Some guys really like to distort, I guess lack of facts and attitude. Kat was incorporated in 2005 and at a mining show in Vancouver that year an acquaintance put us in touch with Atlas Mining who we knew nothing about and being a private company we were supporting the company with personal funds which wasn't going to take us to far. A 1 year deal was struck with Atlas Mining for grubstaking Kat with an option to continue funding if so desired. However, after the 1 year was up Atlas decided not to fund Kat any longer. So that deal was finished and we had nothing to do with Atlas since. Yet a year or so later Atlas came in to some legal problem that we had no knowledge of and still don't.
This left us on our own for a few more years using our own funds once again and yes just scraping along and doing just enough on our properties to keep them in good standing without pay checks. I went 23 months before I got my first paycheck last time around. We continued to keep discovering new areas and eventually came up with enough money stake new properties and now it seems to have paid off and hopefully we'll be good from here on in.

Birdman, your not going to do anything irrational if your dream and fairy tale company isn't what it seems are you? I also have 2 questions for you since you eat, drink, sleep, and whatever else you do regarding Kat Exploration.

1. Can you explain or bring to knowledge Snead"s past/current relationship with a fraudulent company? (Atlas Mining)

2. What has Kat Exploration been doing from 2005 until mid-2009. They have been operative and just as active (according to their JV's with Atlas Mining) as they are now.. Only difference is that they just pop up out of nowhere and start releasing PR's mid-09.
