whoa, lol, going public by means of a RM is not only the cheap way, its easy, and supposedly quick. in another company that bot a shell for $89,000

going public by way of an IPO(like acdu is doing) is not only expensive, you got paperwork on top of paperwork, and it takes forever.

now a guy that did it with his company, cost a fortune, paperwork was unbelievable, and it took 2 yrs.this guy said he wished he had done it by RM.

wow, thats the first time I ever heard that. yikes
