This is ACDU's plan to make money IMO:

Find or develop a small business as a subsidiary of ACDU
Spin-off sub
Raise $ / pay bills with sub stock

Going public via reverse merger is expensive (relatively) if you are buying a shell.

ACDUs plan is cheap and seems doable to me.
