They are looking out for their own interests, not the shareholder.

In the long run, their interests are the shareholders interests. Those interests are one and the same!!

You got my vote, especially concerning the further dilution....i was in PRRM, they also did a FS, woohooo everybody happy with a "candy bar"....in the end diluted to death, then it became SMMW, today it is XMDC...the shareholders of the first hour back then were "fried"

FS for me means: toast....just my opinion of course
