This stock is FAR from toast. I know of the other stocks you mentioned and they're completely different stories than here.

As of right now, there is nothing that even suggests there will be further dilution, and even if there was, and if they used up all of the remaining authorized shares, the structure would still be well below what you see with most pinks. Nobody ever likes to see an increase in shares, but this is far being considered a huge increase.

For me, the time that I would worry is if the additional shares that were added to the A/S begin to get used. But even that would not be panic time because it would depend on what they were using the shares for. There can be very productive things done with company shares. Especially if we get some kind of a big news release once all of these forward split shares become active, and the price of the stock starts climbing adding value to the stock.

I wouldn't start calling this stock a "typical pink" until they use up the shares authorized they have right now, and then try to add more on top of that. If that happens, then you could get out the butter for your toast. IMO of course.
