It's clearly NOT to benefit the shareholders!!!.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking this was done to reconcile accounts with actual shares with the silly talk of N/S and how there will he a Short Squeeze!!!, rediculous.

Now I am of the opinion that this is set up for future dillution as they really thought this F/S was going to get buyers.

Now instead of a penny to break even, I am at 1/2 a penny and look how far it has dropped since announcing this BS, backfired!

They are looking out for their own interests, not the shareholder.
