asdgwest, i believe in freedom of speech, so you're welcome to scoff. yes, pinks move mostly on hype. but legally, they should only move after a PR. anytime you see volume before news, something has leaked and people are trading on private info. of course it happens all the time. but is it legal?
i stand by my statement that if Mark told someone good things were coming via private mail, they buy on that info, then it happens and they profit, well...
consider martha stewart, who got tipped off to imminent bad news, sold before the news, then spent some time interior decorating a jail cell.
