What other reason would there be other than to sell their stock?

A penny stock firm uses a stock pumper firm every once in while for various reasons.

Bottom line, a company uses a stock promotion company to sell stock. If they wanted to promote the company or the company's product(s), they would not go to a stock promotion company whose only audience is stock buyers.

What did Penny Stock Chaser do to enhance the value of WDRP? Nothing! There is little or no volume here. Pretty sad for a stock trading @.015. The only time we get a spike in volume is when a certain person on this board buys a bunch of shares at the asking price. The only ones who know about this company is the people who post on this board.
