With your logic, I wonder if you try to say that none of companies/stocks promoted by that stock promoting firm are legit. That sounds so credible either.

A penny stock firm uses a stock pumper firm every once in while for various reasons. A criteria to select a pumper firm would base on how many subscribers they have, how many channels they release the media, etc. That is a normal protocol.
