Actually prototype will be 1/3 size of the later full size one and I know it floats however i was pointing to the possibility of malfunctioning and droping from the sky due to whatever malfunction (batteries failing at night do to temperatures or solar panels shorting) Airplanes fly however i've heard of few crash due to whatever reason (besides human error or desire [terrorists]). I'm just curious about safty precautions, that's all !!
Satallies have luxory of being in orbit so they can't fall from sky cause earth would burn it to pieces. That is the reason they are not recoverable. Strats are not that high for this safty mechanism.
Anyone knows any safty triggers or machanisms that self destroy or something. I'm sure no one would want 2 ton 9 stories high football field falling on their neighborhood with speed of few houdred miles per hr. Kinda violent event don't you think. Sorry about vivid description but i have a vivid imagination.
What is FFA and FCC stand on it ? Rock any guidence from your perpective
