and secondly, you have to get a grip when shopping online.

Many many people have a hard time shopping online so you should not feel atypical. I cannot tell you all the crazy horror stories of people who try to shop online and don't get exactly what they want....but in the long run 99.99% of these shoppers eventually get what they want and are SATISFIED.

so you shouldn't feel so out of sorts, ole chap.

Now....my advice is to relax. And yes, you ought to get a grip!

Don't extrapolate your personal experiences onto the rest of us or the dynamic that we are involoved in...OK?
