mundo...Ya Know, it makes one wonder whether these

enterprises are REALLY REALLY INTERESTED in security in the first place.

HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO YELL THAT IT HAS BE HARDWARE BASED IF YOU WANNA HAVE A RAT'S ARSE CHANCE TO SUCCEED IN ESTABLISHING DIGITAL SECURITY?????!!!!!!!!

do these boneheads really care or are they brain dead?

do the artists really care whether their creations are stolen or do they not care?

sheesh.......

this is ridiculous. The one thing that SEPARATES the USofA from the rest of the world is PROPERTY RIGHTS!!!! The concept of property rights is what makes the USofA the wealthiest country in the world. But when it comes to digital property....do we really CARE or is it a BIG JOKE??????

SHEEESH....

Mundo - the difference is you could download and convert the whole catalog(maybe a million songs) for the cost of one month's subscription-$15.95- terminate the subscription and have a hell of a music collection! Steve Jobs already made the Big 5 music execs aware. Microsoft is stumbling badly in this arena. As I've said before - thank God for the enterprise/Gov't business for Wave's business plan. If success were dependent on consumer adoption of the DRM/digital content arena, I'd be much less confident of success.
