PPS is low because of transition at company and the economy. Undervalued at these levels, I have been accumulating. It will only be a matter of time the PPS shoots upward. Watch.

Add to that the background of the new CEO: http://www.spicypickle.com/bios.html If Laramie is half as capable as his past experience suggests, SPKL could end up being an incredibly rewarding stock in the next couple of years. But you have to be patient, and there is always some amount of uncertainty involved. As mentioned earlier the current pps should be a good entry point, but the ask seems to be thin in general, so any kind of real interest volume-wise should drive this back up pretty quickly (in other words, I don't think anybody would be able to accumulate more than a couple hundred thousand shares at these levels, after that you'll have to pay substantially more ...).

Again, this is my own opinion and I'm far from being an expert :-)
