But you have to be patient, and there is always some amount of uncertainty involved. As mentioned earlier the current pps should be a good entry point, but the ask seems to be thin in general, so any kind of real interest volume-wise should drive this back up pretty quickly (in other words, I don't think anybody would be able to accumulate more than a couple hundred thousand shares at these levels, after that you'll have to pay substantially more ...).
