Do we have any specific examples of other companies who have emerged from bankruptcy with commons intact? ... or is Gonz right and this never happens?

Hey let me ask you this since you seem to "know" a lot about BK plays...In the 8k that was made public on July 20, 2010 it states, and I quote, "Importantly, the following assets (the "Excluded Assets") shall be excluded from the Sale: (iii) any and all shares in QualTech International Corporation" What does this me TO YOU?!?! If they will not sell the common shares, what will they do with them???? Keep the shares for themselves and lock them up at home lol????? PRETTY PLEASE answer this question!
