HDOG has a list of them. I'll let him take that question. I will say, that in cases where common shares are cancelled, that is not something that a company hides. It is something that they announce often and clearly throughout the process. QSGI has instead announced that common shares and the company shell are OMITTED from the asset sales needed to emerge from Chapter 11. This is a clear indication that the value of QSGI as a publicly traded shell is top priority for the leaders of QSGI/Krusecom.

some one ask that long ago as I rememeber and yet again someone produced solid examples that were verifiable. sorry i cannot give you specifics but that was a main concern for many folks

Do we have any specific examples of other companies who have emerged from bankruptcy with commons intact? ... or is Gonz right and this never happens?
