cancel them, and reissue new ones. that was an 8k, not a bk petition document. lol. you will just have to wait see like all of us how this flushes out. i believe that the existing commons will be cancelled and that the new entity will emerge and reissue new commons, and i believe creditors/krusecom will end up owning most of new entity. the company is now a shell, and no company needs to pay millions of dollars in debt for a shell in bk. that would not be a deal.
don't you think that wallstreet would be buying this up if the commons getting saved were that likely? they would have driven this up to $1 already. with 42 mil outstanding, the shell, which is all that is left now is already overpriced, given that it is in bk. i think the new entity will be more valuable, but wille exclude existing common shareholders.
