IMO, No they won't. It will be background stuff.

But applications will accomodate the fact that TPM are available.

Corporate and government sales, yes, they will want to know the version of TPM, will want to know how to backup and retore keys, etc., but the retail space, for the most part will not care.

Average consumers are going to ask "Does this computer have a TPM"???
Most people don't care about technology.
