What whizz said was that in the US each side paid their own legal fees.

So Nokia can cause IDCC to incur large legal fees that will impact negatively on the quarterly accounts.

The management need to point this out to the analysts and to the shareholders, that nokia is taking this approach to impact near term stock stock prices.
