I spent several hours this weekend trying to find a BDGR form D or any other form that BDGR might have filled out and submitted to the SEC. I found nothing.

There was no activity for the last 6 months. I did find a web site that you can filter for a periord of time scaning for any and all forms. As I said. No activity.

Where is it written as to how many stockholds there are for BDGR stock. I would like to see some sort of official documentation.

I did scan all of the postings that were bloged on this board for the last three months. It's amazing to see how many people were involved in all of this scheme.

I believe that it is O K to call Lanza and family crooks now because that is just what they are.
