Lanza is a convicted felon. He has also been found to have been involved in previous Pump and dumps by the SEC and ordered to pay restitution, which he got out of by claiming insolvency. However, he was also banned from being involved with the management of any publicly traded company again, which he immediately did in OMDA (and others) and subsequently did with BDGR. To make matters worse, he proclaimed himself "KING" of BDGR and has eliminated all of the shareholders' rights accorded them by law.
The best thing that ever happened to this company was Bailey. Unfortunately, Bailey was immediately tainted by Lanza and has been coerced into continuing that through the now mutual lackey, Smith, IMO. I don't know if I could ever trust Bailey again. That is Bailey's price for dealing with Lanza, getting the "smell" of Lanza all over him.
