something wrong with harrs numbers. i'll fined out and update the board, theres more like 490 mil restricked from what i thought, AS maxed 1 bil.

Restriced shares = common shares after 6 mos. now.

Used to be 1 yr.

Seems to be some large differences in what you were told and the website data. Float has changed significantly too.
