Harr, So the A/S is Maxed by the way I'm reading this? The Outstanding number of shares is 1 BILLION? If 18% is Restricted, thats 180 MIL? That doesn't add up with what Colonial told me last week? Unless the Restrictions are coming off on a "WHOLE LOT OF SHARES"? My Question to them that I posted last week was this;
"I said the Restricted number was 350,768,000 HAS THIS NUMBER GONE UP SINCE THEN? ANSWER; YES."

So if hes saying the only 18% of the 1 BIL O/S is Restricted, then the restrictions must have came off of 170-180 Mil shares at least? Which makes the Float 820 MILLION SHARES Right?
