Interesting question, and one I'm not sure how to answer. At this point much of the value is intangible (goodwill), but were we to be involved in a buyout I can see how it would likely be difficult arriving at a price if things start moving as quickly as it appears they will thus turning the intangible to substance (signed contracts). I am confident that both parties involved, MZEI and any Buyer, would each have valuations.

I can assure you that any such talk about the company pursuing THAT direction would be done as professionally as possible, and as professionally as is known to exist today. The values of the company, the science, the patents, the many applications would ALL be taken into consideration, beleive me. Beleive me, Medizone has VERY competent "higher positioned, very knowledgeable" contacts, business associates, references, AS WELL AS a few VERY LARGE shareholders who are ALSO quite experienced in these things, who are trusted advisors and close to the company who would make sure ANYTHING was a fair deal for all concerned. It WON'T be a "shoot from the hip" decision.

Lep, I hope the offered 'assurances' answer your question. When the idea of the company establishing an investment banking relationship for the reason you offer was put forth several months ago, plus offering information about prospective venture partners and other management functions, the idea was eschewed as elitist; management was perfectly experienced and capable in such matters. Investment bankers were written about as snakes only wanting to steal the company. Now we are to believe the company has a veritable army of experienced ad hoc advisors (none of whom have been added to the board). You know, Waterdog may have the information exactly correct. The problem is, very few people know Waterdog, or any other poster on this board for that matter. How much more valuable would it be for the company to announce an investment banking relationship with a recognized firm? Has the pendulum swung to recognizing the value added by such a relationship, one that current or new investors could gain some real assurance from?
