Lep, I hope the offered 'assurances' answer your question. When the idea of the company establishing an investment banking relationship for the reason you offer was put forth several months ago, plus offering information about prospective venture partners and other management functions, the idea was eschewed as elitist; management was perfectly experienced and capable in such matters. Investment bankers were written about as snakes only wanting to steal the company. Now we are to believe the company has a veritable army of experienced ad hoc advisors (none of whom have been added to the board). You know, Waterdog may have the information exactly correct. The problem is, very few people know Waterdog, or any other poster on this board for that matter. How much more valuable would it be for the company to announce an investment banking relationship with a recognized firm? Has the pendulum swung to recognizing the value added by such a relationship, one that current or new investors could gain some real assurance from?
