Interesting question, and one I'm not sure how to answer. At this point much of the value is intangible (goodwill), but were we to be involved in a buyout I can see how it would likely be difficult arriving at a price if things start moving as quickly as it appears they will thus turning the intangible to substance (signed contracts). I am confident that both parties involved, MZEI and any Buyer, would each have valuations.
