I imagine they are still busy hunting down that distributor cap so I sent them an email reminder that the report is due :)

The last NT 10-K and NT 10-Q had some additional information regarding assets and such. I hope they file this NT 10-Q and provide some more info.

Someone either knows something or we all have been snookered and boondoggled. It seems that some one wants shares of something and since the shares are not available to be bought they are not offer able except by acquiring ACDU. So either the company that is going to offer divvies wants to reduce the number of shares they have to give or some one knows that once the shares become tradable it will be worth a lot more than .004. But maybe there are other reasons why this ACDU is being bought and held please help me see what I am missing here.
