Someone either knows something or we all have been snookered and boondoggled. It seems that some one wants shares of something and since the shares are not available to be bought they are not offer able except by acquiring ACDU. So either the company that is going to offer divvies wants to reduce the number of shares they have to give or some one knows that once the shares become tradable it will be worth a lot more than .004. But maybe there are other reasons why this ACDU is being bought and held please help me see what I am missing here.
