Please explain then how the 200 million newly creatde shares are free trading?
Once again, 2 billion given to Jamie Khoo, CEO, on Form 3.
91 mil OS the days before( of which 26 mil was float)
200 mil issued for something or another??? That must be an acquisition or consultant. No filing done with govt. therefore that cannot legally be free trading under any circumstance immediately. Then those 91 or 96 million that include 70 million insider before must have those 70 million sold ONLY thru 144. Even if that now represents just 1% of the OS. No such 144 form filed. So explain to me how this float or DTC has more than between 26 and 96 mil in it? You cannot. DTC shows very little. This entire market then is being traded almost hourly mostly between MM's and speculators that have flipped numerous times within the day.
Is this good? Yes. Simply put, the market Cap has gone from 23 mil to 2.3 mil after dilution. The insiders made no0thing.
This is an OTCBB.
It has decent assets. The assets are substantially more than the market cap. That is a first for OTCBB.
We finally got a long term break and not just a flipper.

Looks promising albeit a lot of caution....don't think they will ever get back to their 0.28 levels but even a 500% profit from these levels could make this a good ROI stock.

Read this: "State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of as of June 3 rd , 2010: 91,110,000 shares of Common Stock. "
Seems to me they don't have much to go on at this point. 91,8+ million today alone!!!

From August 10th thru the 16th, EMLL traded approximately 600,000,000 shares

The 17th im gettin zero for some reason

Today we traded an additional 145,000,000 shares

Even without calculating the 17ths volume, we've traded well over 750,000,000 shares.

Safe to say near 1,000,000,000 (one billion) shares since the 10th have been traded

Yet the O/S states 292,000,000 shares?

Really?

I am to believe this?

We are to sit idle and believe this?

You said, 2B is held by board members and restricted.
If they hold such number of shares, most of newly increased a/s, what's the reason they increased the a/s? Are they feeding themselves with new shares, but stealing investors' money tanking share price?
