what happened yesterday is very simple .

if you take a look at the Share Structure from the last 10 Q

the shares outsanding were ON JUNE 3rd:


"State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity, as of as of June 3 rd , 2010: 91,110,000 shares of Common Stock. "

most of the 91 million were restricted shares with a small float

on August 12 EMLL PR the New Share structure

2.292 Outstanding shares OF which :

2 billion restricted ARE ALREADY OUT in FORM 3 yesterday

REMAINS the 292 million in the float THAT SHOULD hit the market
unlike the 2B restricted
SOMEONE HAS TO BRING THE FLOAT TO THE MARKET and VERT is the MM
WHO IS CREATING THE NEW FLOAT
VERT is the one compiling the float for EMLL


if we take a look at the volume on


8/12/10 the volume was 135 414 464 million ( FLOAT was not completed yet ,we saw VERT that day)

8/13/10 the volume was 104 185 843 (float not completed we saw VERT that day)

8/16/10 the volume was 234 732 765 (maybe float ready after we saw Vert all day on the ask and pulling out EOD )

if we add the 3 days vol the total is 474 333 072 shares traded

If we take in account the FLIPPERS those who bought and sold from thursday and Friday and monday ,the 292 million float might be already out among the 474 million traded on the last 3 days since the Aug 12 PR and the apparition of VERT from that day

once the 292 million shares are all out in the float i expect a Strong PR to hit and take us to new Highs


summary :the compilation of the NEW SHARE STRUCTURE 2.292 Billion shares detailed in Aug 12 PR of which 2 Billion Restricted ( FORM 3) and 292 million shares Compiled by VERT is ready or almost Ready

EMLL is still Inplay Big Time
don't let anyone get to U and make U beleive about heavy dilution
imo VERT is not bringing to the market more than the mentionned float that should be already out in the market .
