By reducing the price from .13 Bid-.25 Ask they effectively reduced the market capitalization from 13 million dollars based upon the then 96 million shares outstanding(August 10, 2010) to .001( August 11, 2010)or 96 thousand dollars. They increased 2 bil to CEO and another 200 mil for acquisitions or such. This then allows them to have a 2.3 mil market cap. The end result is that the CEO is 1/10 whole and the street has a good opportunity to get in cheap with modest float. Remember, the market cap was reduced to 1/10 what it was before after the dilution.
