Rramirez82, I'm on this kick lately about the banks and the borrowers.

I know the American borrower is often a somewhat spoiled, self gratifying dreamer in contrast to some hard working American immigrants, for example. And therefore, before a bank lends to an "entrepreneur" it may be necessary, systematically speaking, to make sure that entrepreneur HAS A CPA! LOL

And that that CPA is getting through to the business owner!

And the business owner can show the bank lending officer that he listens to his CPA.

Or, the banks just start training in business management before they lend!
