OH Boy! Too soon for a revolution guys! At least wait until the Examiner has a chance to make a determination.

Abighammer, I will make one point.

The Examiner has only a few weeks to provide a report. And is getting information from the Equity Committee and other parties, as directed by THJMW.

Do you want:

1) An avalanche of duplicative information, mis-information, pet theories, kitchen sink, "send as much as you can to whoever you can. let them figure it all out, like we been doing for nearly 2 years. "

-or-

2) A targeted, validated, factual, set of information provided to the Equity Committee, who will under their processes, provide it to the Examiner.

(Of course, you know my vote)

I completely appreciate the emotion here. And completely appreciate the BS we've endured for 2+ years.

But to let that compromise the best voices we've got. The Equity Committee, and now the Examiner...

....in their VERY short time to get things done for us.

Just seems counter productive. Very counter productive.

I'm sorry. But with just a few people on the Examiner's staff, to "send as much as you can to whoever you can. let them figure it all out, like we been doing for nearly 2 years. "

Just, bluntly, doesn't make sense to me.

Unfortunately, I could not disagree more, for reasons of expedience, logic and protocol already stated by several posters. Do NOT inundate the Examiner. DO forward any relevant information you think has not already been mined to Susman/council for EC.

If you feel moved to act, use whatever pent-up energies and brainstorming prowess you have to drive this story to the media. No one has yet been able to crack that nut. Have you tried everything you can think of? Arranged a protest and invited news coverage? Taken ads out in newspapers? Walked a story in to an editor aloing with a petition of thousands of signature for someone to investigate your claim? If you want to take collective, public action, don't harass our Examiner. Instead, work the angle that has for so long been closed to us. The media. They shut their doors? Stick your foot in. They have earplugs? Get a megaphone. Suspect that big names have been waived off the story because of powerful special interests? Find a much smaller person at a media outlet as a conduit for finding a public voice.

If you really want to impact and guide, somewhat, the course of this case, it is a far better use of your energy figuring out a way to breach the media wall. If you can start a snowball rolling, everything will begin to stick!!
